摘    要:带有起落架的航空机轮刹车试验装置是模拟飞机正常起飞、着陆过程检验刹车性能的重要设备,试验中要求完成与刹车有关的多个物理量的采集分析及其数据处理;文章首先介绍了机轮刹车测试系统的组成原理,分析了刹车试验中关键参数多维力的测量与解耦,详细说明了测试软件的分层设计模型和测试功能的实现;应用实践证明,多维力的现场标定与使用,提高了测量精度,集数据采集、分析、处理一体化的虚拟仪器测试软件,实现了测试工作的自动化,大大提高了测试效率.

Abstract:The Aero wheel brake device with landing gear is important instrument to measurement of brake capability in aircraft take off or landing. It is required to acquire and to analyse many physical signals which are related with brake system. The principle of test and meas- urement of aero wheel brake system is introduced, and the parameter of multidimensional force related with brake system is also analysed. The software layere model and measuremnt function realization is described in detail. It is testified by practice application that multidimen sional force is calibated and applicated in test field can improve measurement precision, and the virtual instrument measurement software which integrate data acquisition and analysis and process not only realize the measurement automatition but also improve the efficiency.
