塑料模并行设计研究

摘    要:分析了塑料模设计过程,将并行工程思想应用于塑料模设计中,以解释结构模型法(ISM)为基础,划分了模具设计中各活动的级别,经过优化重组,得到了能体现并行设计特点的塑料模设计过程结构模型,反映了并行环境下塑料模设计过程的规律。

Abstract:The design process of mould for plastics was analyzed.A new design method was proposed in which concurrent engineering technique was adopted and the activity levels of mould design were partitioned based on interpretive structural modeling theory.Through optimal recombination,a structure model of the design procedure of mould for plastics that can reflect features of concurrent design and design rules was obtained.
