汽轮机辅机运行优化和节能的技术途径

摘    要:在保证火电机组安全运行的前提下,针对汽轮机侧的辅机运行现状,阐述循环水泵、抽气设备、凝结水泵、给水泵、加热器等重要辅机运行方式优化调整以及节能技术的原理、方法,并结合实例给出优化后的节能效果。该整套优化方法对提高机组出力、降低厂用电率和供电煤耗具有重要和积极的意义。

Abstract:Under the pre-requisite to ensure the safe operation of thermal power unit, in view of the present status of anxiliary equipment operation on steam turbine side, the principles and methods of optimization adjustment and energy-saving technologies of circulating water pump, airejector, condensate pump, feedwater pump, heater etc. important auxiliary equipment operation modes are researched and developed, and combining with the Practical example the energy-saving effect after optimization is given. This complete set of optimization schemes has important and active signifieance for raising the output and reducing the service power rate and net coal consumption of the unit.
