制粉系统快速启停方法的研究与实践

摘    要:对磨制无烟煤的球磨机制粉系统快速启停的方法及该方法对锅炉运行所产生的影响进行了介绍,分析了目前不敢快速停制粉系统的4个原因,提出了快速启停的方案和具体操作步骤。运行表明,采用快速启停制粉系统的方法可减少启停时冲击,同时也可提高制粉系统出力,降低厂用电率。

Abstract:Rapid start up and shut down method of coal pulverizing system with ball mills, as well as the infuence of said method upon the boiler operation have been presented, four reasons of why don't dare to start up and shut down rapidly the coal pulverizing system at present being analysed. A scheme of rapid start up and shut down for the coal pulverizing system, as well as concrete operating steps have been put forward. The practical operation in more than one year shows that the recommended method can decrease shock, at the same time can also enhance the output of coal pulverizing system, lowering the consumption rate of service power.
