MBi4Ti4O15基无铅压电材料的研究进展

摘    要:铋层结构的铁电材料以其居里温度高、品质因数高、击穿强度及各向异性大为特征,但其较弱的压电性能限制了实际应用.MBi4Ti4O15基无铅压电材料是研究较为广泛的铋层结构压电材料.主要从离子掺杂及工艺改性对材料压电性能的影响出发,归纳和总结了CaBi4Ti4O15、SrBi4Ti4O15、BaBi4Ti4O15基3种无铅压电陶瓷近年来的研究成果.

Abstract:Bismuth layer-structured ferroelectric materials are characterized by their high Curie temperature, high quality factor, large breakdown strength and anisotropy, but their application is limited by the low piezoelectricity. In this paper, the recent development of MBi4 Ti4O15-based lead-free piezoelectric materials, especially CaBi4 Ti4O15, SrBi4 Ti4 O15 and BaBi4 Ti4O15, is reviewed, and the effects of doping and processing improvement on piezoelectric properties of these materials are discussed.
