摘    要:简述了高碳钢小方坯裂纹的形成机理,并分别对高碳钢小方坯表面裂纹和内部裂纹产生的机理进行了分析,提出了改进小方坯质量的一些方法。由于连铸坯各种裂纹形成机理的不同,以及出于对高碳钢中心偏析的考虑,某些方法在两个方面有时会起着相悖的作用,需要根据生产实际找到平衡点,以得到最优化的工艺参数。

Abstract:This paper describes and analyzes the formation mechanism of surface crack and internal crack of high-carbon steel billet, correspondingly, proposes some improving measures for billet quality. However, due to the formation mechanism of every kind crack is different and considers the center segregation of high-carbon steel, some methods play two mutually exclusive roles. So needs to find a balance point according to actual production in order to obtain the optimal process parameters.
