粗硫钴精矿精选的实验室研究

摘    要:通过对粗硫钴精矿中硫和钴的赋存状态分析,认为用浮选方法来提高硫钴精矿产品质量是可行的,并在实验室完成了浮选条件试验和开路流程试验。开路流程试验表明:采用两次精选和一次扫选的开路流程,可获得硫品位37.43%、钴品位0.291%的硫钴精矿,作业回收率分别为77.60%、87.04%。推荐工业试验流程为三精一扫。

Abstract:An Investigation was made into the morphology of sulphur and cobalt in the primary sulphur-cobalt concentrate. indicating that it is possible to improve the grade of sulphur-cobalt concentrate with floating process. And the laboratory tests with floating process and open circuit process were carried out. The open circuit test suggests that with twice cleaning and once scavenging process,concentrate containing sulphur of 37.43 % and cobalt of 0.291 % can be obtained and recovery of 77.60% and 87.04% can be respectively achieved' As a result,"Three times of cleaning and once scavenging" process is recommended for industrial test.
