工程设计中机械可靠性应用方法的研究

摘    要:从工程设计新方法的观点出发 ,通过对可靠性设计方法与传统机械设计方法的比较 ,说明二者的特点 ,指出工程设计中应使用可靠性设计方法 ,针对工程设计中的问题 ,详细论述了应力强度干涉模型法、JC法、Monte_Carlo法、Fuzzy法等 6种应用方法的思想及理论并分析各自的特点 ,结合具体实例 ,介绍其应用 ,对解决工程设计中的复杂问题具有指导性作用

Abstract:With the new point of view in engineering design,different characteristics have been given by comparing the methods of mechanical reliability design to that of traditional mechanical design.According to the problems in engineering design,it is pointed out that the methods of reliability should be applied.In this paper,the methods are discussed in detail such as R-S ,JC,Monte_Carlo,Fuzzy etc.,their idea and theory are analyzed also.With the example,their application is introduced.This is beneficial for solving the complex problems in engineering design.
