| 摘 要： | 介绍了C6256A车床电气控制的工作原理，通过对系统硬件和软件的设计达到了改造该控制系统的目的，尤其是采用与PC机进行串行通信，使整个控制系统的柔性大为增强，从实际应用来看收到了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | The working principle of C6256A lathe electric-control system is introduced in this paper.By use of PLC the paper has improved the electric-control system,and has design the system's hardware and software.Serial communication between PLC and PC makes the whole control system strengthened.The practices show that it has achieved better result. |
