摘    要:介绍了材料转移分类及其机理,总结了电弧热力作用和熔池能量涨落对喷溅的影响,分析了机械因素、材料因素对电侵蚀的影响规律,介绍了探针摄影法和干涉法等测量材料侵蚀的方法。

Abstract:The classification and mechanism of electrode material transfer were described and the relationship between contact erosion and arcing energy were presented. A new sputtering model was introduced to estimate how the current and material affect the erosion volume. The erosion measuring techniques which include stylus and interferometry were also compared.
