| Abstract: | Nowadays, diabetes mellitus is one of severe diseases threatening human health. So it was becoming a focus to develop hypoglycemic functional stuff with great potential and value. The sorts and efficiency of hypoglycemic functional factors including related animal and plant raw materials were reviewed to provide some references for research and development of hypoglycemic functional food. |
