X70管线钢中夹杂物控制试验研究

摘    要:试验研究了X70管线钢中的夹杂物形貌、成分及大小,试验结果表明,钢中存在大颗粒的硅酸盐或SiO2夹杂物。在分析X70管线钢中硅酸盐类夹杂物存在的有害性的基础上,提出了避免钢中硅酸盐类夹杂物产生的措施,应用于生产并得到了较好的效果。

Abstract:Inclusion size and inclusion composition in X70 pipeline steel have been studied. Results show that there are some large inclusions such as silicate and SiO2 inclusions in X70 pipeline steel. The harm of silicate and SiO2 inclusions is analyzed. Measurements are put forward to avoid silicate and SiO2 inclusions. Good results have been obtained.
