焊接动态位移场的建模与数值模拟

摘    要:焊接过程的数值模拟是焊接技术从“技艺”走向“科学”的重要标志之一。利用热弹塑性理论建立了焊接过程动态位移场的本构方程,并根据高温区的特点建立了包含材料非线性、变化环境参数等因素在内的位移场有限元分析模型;利用ANSYS实现了基于间接耦合的热-力学场的计算,利用激光电子散斑干涉测量技术测得的实际位移场与有限元计算结果进行了比较,证明计算结果与实测结果吻合良好。

Abstract:Numerical simulation of welding process is one of the important symbols of welding technology developing from "skill" to "science". In this article, the constitutive equations of dynamic displacement field of welding process is established based on thermo-elastic-plastic theory, and the FEM analysis model of displacement field which contains non-linearity of material and variation of environment parameters is constructed according to characteristic of high temperature region. The calculation of indirectly-coupled thermo-mechnical field is carried out by ANSYS. The actual displacement field measured by electronic speckle pattern interferometry is compared with the FEM results, and excellent agreement between the calculated and measured values is shown.
