摘    要:分析了由于光学透射元件双面减反射膜不对称所引起的光学性能变化,以双面镀膜的平均玻璃模型为例,对MgF2薄膜进行了计算和分析,得到了不同工作条件,不同要求下的双面膜厚度的许可误差容限。

Abstract:The optical properties and their changes due to the asymmetry of the double-side ARCs of optical transparent elements are analysed in this paper. A glass plate with thin filmes on double sides has been used as the model of our interest, and MgF2 thin films have been computed and analysed for this model. The allowed tolerances of the thickness from the double- side layers have been attained for various working conditions and various technical requirements.
