| 摘 要： | 研究了当前最为流行的SNMP网络管理技术、基于Web的网络管理技术以及命令行网络管理方式的基础上，结合中小型网络管理平台的特点，提出了有机结合三种网络管理方式的模型结构。并结合实际的嵌入式网络管理系统项目，详细探讨了一种新型网络管理平台的设计。这种新型网络管理平台具有性能稳定，管理功能强大、可功能扩展等优点。
