培养学生的工程实践能力和创造力

摘    要:本文阐述了培养大学生创新能力与工程实践能力的重要性,分析了中国大学生在这方面存在的不足之处,还介绍了利用电工电子实验中心EEEC这一平台,培养了学生在知识综合应用、系统设计、工程实践和科研创造等多方面的能力,提高其研究探索、项目管理、交流表达、团队合作等综合素质,并在课外科技项目和学科竞赛中取得斐然成绩的经验。文章还提出了从运行机制、实验环境、教学体系、教学模式和教学管理等方面进行改革和建设的思路和方法。

Abstract:This paper expounds the importance of innovation and engineering capabilities of college student and ananlyses Chinese students' deficiencies in these capabilities. By nurturing students' overall ability in comprehensive application, system design engineering practice and creative research, and by enhancing students' characteristics in reseach and design, project management, communication and team work, the Electrical and Electronics Experiment Center (EEEC) achieved great success in undergrduate students' scientific projects and design contests. This paper introduces EEECs experiences and proposes the reformative ideas and methods from the perspectives of operating mechanics, experimental environment, course system, teaching model and teaching management.
