| 摘 要： | 随着油田开发进入中高含水阶段,无论产量高低,基本的运行成本是必需的,油藏开采成本逐步提升,成本呈现刚性上升趋势,而相应的利润有逐步下降的趋势。为此,对油藏进行单元成本核算,并在此基础上做了大量的管理创新,从而为节约生产成本,提高油藏利润率起到较好的效果。

| Abstract: | As the oilfield development was at the high water-cut stage,whether the oil production rate was high or low,the basic cost was necessary.The oil production cost was rising gradually,but the corresponding profit was gradually reduced.Therefore researches on it were carried out by the 1st Oil Production Plant of Qinghai Oilfield,unit cost accounting was conducted on the oil reservoirs.Based on this method,massive management innovation is performed for cost saving raising the profit of reservoir development. |
