摘    要:随着电力竞争的日益激烈,减少电力生产成本已显得越来越重要,而实行状态检修就是一种有效的手段。专家系统正是以状态检修为目的,以面向对象的方法进行设计,并综合运用Oracle和Access数据库,使得开发的专家系统灵活性大,易于维护和升级。本专家系统的最大特点就是通用性很强。建立模式较常规的规则库做了很大的改进,所以程序能够在规则库任意修改的情况下,正确无误的运行和得出诊断结果。

Abstract:With the increasingly intense competition in the electric power market, it is of much significance to decrease the cost of power production, for which condition based maintenance is an effective way. The expert system introduced in the paper is aimed at predictive maintenance, in which object oriented programming technique, Oracle and Access databases are integrated to render it very flexible and easy to maintain and upgrade. The ultimate character of the system is high versatility. As its rule database is set in a much better way than ordinary rule databases, the expert system can run and elicit results correctly even the database is just modified.
