板簧轧机电液伺服控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:全自动液压板簧轧机是用于制造汽车板簧的专用设备。介绍了自主开发制造的全自动液压变截面板簧轧机的基本组成,分析了变截面板簧生产对设备运动的控制要求。轧机的电液伺服系统采用两级计算机控制方式,建立了电液伺服系统数学模型,分析了电液伺服系统的动态性能。经过应用验证了该设备生产率高、适用性强。

Abstract:Automatic Hydraulic Tape Leaf Spring Rolling Mill(AHTLSRM) is a special equipment to manufacture automobile leaf spring.The basic composition of AHTLSRM developed independently is presented.Then the control requirement on equipment motion for manufacturing tape leaf spring is analyzed.The electro-hydraulic servo control system adopts two degree computer control system; its mathematical model has been set up and analysis on its dynamic performance is carried out.After application validation,this equipment has high productivity and strong adaptability.
