透平膨胀机气体轴承的数值模拟

摘    要:应用ANSYS有限元软件对透平膨胀机的核心部件——气体轴承进行模态分析和谐响应分析,求解转子的振型、应力分布、固有频率和失稳转速。并对不同轴承半径间隙时的转子动力学分析,根据失稳转速的变化规律,得出所设计的双排径向静压气体轴承的最佳轴承半径间隙:Cr=0.02 mm。

Abstract:Air journal bearing is the core component in the turboexpander.Using the ANSYS finite element software to accomplish its modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,I got the mode shape,stress distribution,the natural frequency and the frequency displacement plot of the rotor.At the end,I used the ANSYS software to do the rotor dynamics analysis of air journal bearing which had different bearing radius clearance under different supply pressure,and then we got different stability threshold speed of the rotor.Finally,we come to the best bearing radius clearance value of the double-row radial static pressure air journal bearing is 0.02 mm.
