| 摘 要： | 本文应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某30 t转炉倾动装置的扭力杆柔性支承系统进行疲劳寿命分析,得出了当柔性支承系统的关键零件扭力杆采用不同材料时的系统的疲劳寿命,为同类柔性支承系统的设计与优化提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper uses large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis fatigue life for the torsion bar flexible supporting system of a 30 tons converter tilting device.Obtained the system's fatigue life when the flexible supporting device's key part,torsion bar are use two deferent material.Provide theoretical basis for the similar flexible supporting system's design and optimization. |
