| 摘 要： | 对45钢和42CrMo合金钢的焊接性能进行了分析,制订了45钢与42CrMo合金钢安全联轴器的焊接工艺。采用手工电弧焊或CO2气体保护焊,严格执行焊接工艺,均能得到满足性能要求的焊缝。

| Abstract: | The welding property of 45 steel and 42CrMo alloy steel has been analyzed,meanwhile the welding process of safety coupling for 45 steel and 42CrMo alloy steel also has been prepared.By means of adopting the shielded metal arc welding or the CO2 shielded arc welding,and strictly carrying out the welding process,the welds satisfied the property requirements can be obtained. |
