摘    要:在沿海这一特殊腐蚀环境中 ,海洋大气是引起储油罐腐蚀的主要因素。其中流膜厚度、氧的浓度、盐的浓度以及腐蚀产物均会影响腐蚀速度。 16MnCu、0 9MnCuPTi和 15MnVCu等铜系合金钢耐海洋大气腐蚀性能较好。也可采用富锌涂料或采用喷铝、喷锌外加涂料封闭措施对碳钢设备进行防护。

Abstract:In the corrosive environment of coastal areas, oceanic atmosphere was the major factor for the corrosion of oil storage tanks. Besides, the thickness of fluid film, oxygen concentration, salt content and corrosion products all had an impact on the corrosion rate to a certain degree. The copper-based alloys such as 16MnCu, 0.9MnCuPTi and 15MnVCu, etc all performed well in the corrosive oceanic atmosphere. Furthermore, such measures as application of zinc-rich coatings or aluminum spray or zinc spray with coatings could be adopted to protect the carbon steel equipment from corrosion.
