| 摘 要： | 为解决蒸馏车间加热炉回转式空气预热器碳钢蓄热片的烟气低温露点腐蚀问题，在不影响热效率的基础上，采用搪瓷蓄热片，以增强其耐腐蚀性能。经过６年的使用，证明其效果很好，取得了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | To deal with flue gas low-temperature dew point corrosion problem of the carbon steel heat accumulator plates of air preheater in the furnace of crude distillation unit, enamel heat accumulator plate was applied to improve the corrosion resistance at the conditions that the heat transfer efficiency was not affected. 6 years' commercial operation has proved its excellent performance. Good economic benefit has been achieved. |
