双杯形件温挤压成形数值模拟与分析

摘    要:应用有限元法对双杯形件温挤压成形进行了数值模拟,着重分析了不同挤压温度、不同凹模圆角下的金属流变和应力应变分布,对模拟结果进行了对比分析,从而为优化模具设计,以及实验研究和生产提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:The warm extrusion shaped of double-cup part was simulated by using finite element. The distribution of stress and strain and the performance of velocity at different extrusion temperature and matrix cone angle, and the simulated results were analyzed. According to the analysis, provide the dependable reference for the mould optimization, experimental research and production.
