摘    要:近年来文南油田油气集输系统管线腐蚀穿孔频繁,严重影响了油田正常生产。为系统了解腐蚀因素、为防腐蚀工作的开展提供科学的决策依据,开展了油气集输系统的腐蚀调查、研究,通过现场腐蚀监测以及对输送介质、管材的剖析,结果表明地层产出水以及大量硫酸盐还原茵的存在是造成腐蚀的主要原因。

Abstract:The frequent occurrences of corrosion failure of the pipelines of oil gathering and distribution systems in Wennan Oil Field has greatly affected the normal oil field operation. To get the information of the corrosion factors to provide basis for implementing the effective corrosion protection measures, an extensive investigation and study have been carried out on the corrosion of oil and gas gathering and distribution systems. The field corrosion monitoring and testing as well as the analysis of delivery media and pipeline metallurgy reveal that the major culprits are the seam production water and presence of large amount of sulfate reduction bacteria (SRB).
