塑料注射模具冷却系统的设计

摘    要:介绍并分析了塑料注射模具冷却系统的设计原则和思想,采用MPI/COOL系统对轿车门板模具冷却系统的设计进行验证与优化,分析了冷却系统的优化对生产效率及制品质量提高的重要性。指出这一设计原则从用户角度考虑,提高了制品的生产效率和竞争力,同时为模具设计工程师在进行塑料注射模具冷却系统设计时提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:This article introduced and analysed the design principle and idea of cooling system on plastic injection mould.(Adopting) MPI/COOL analysis system,the cooling system on automobile door panel mould were validated and opitimized.The important effect of optimization of cooling system to the production efficiency and the quality improvement of product was analysed.It was pointed out that this design principle standing on the customer's point of view,improved the production efficiency and the competitive capability,and at the same time provided a reference for the mould designer.
