| 摘 要： | 以马钢为例论述了企业技术秘密管理中现存的问题,阐述了技术秘密的内涵和特征以及如何界定技术秘密,并在此基础上对企业技术秘密的规范管理提出相应的保护措施,促使企业进一步完善知识产权保护体系的建设。
