棉织物冷轧堆染色工艺优化

摘    要:探讨了活性染料、碱剂的种类和用量对棉织物冷轧堆染色效果的影响。结果表明,当使用烧碱作碱剂时,以染深色为好,15ml/L烧碱(38°Be)较宜;当使用混合碱作碱剂时,以染浅色为宜,上染率高,色差较小,50ml/L水玻璃(38°Be),25ml/L烧碱(38°Be)为佳。

Abstract:The effects of the types and dosage of reactive dyes and alkali agent on the performance of cold pad-batch dyeing were studied. The results showed that the caustic soda as alkali agent (38° Be) 15ml/L would suit for dyeing deep colour fabric, and mixed alkali agent would suit for dyeing light colour fabric using sodium silicate(38° Be) 50 ml/L and caustic soda (38°Be) 25 ml/L.
