公民身份号码升位在Sybase数据库上的实现

根据《中华人民共和国国家标准GB11643－1999》，全面介绍了升位后的公民身份号码的组成、意义及算法。具体针对Sybase数据库环境，举例说明了公民身份号码长位方法和最后一位校验码的《ISO7064：1983．MOD11－2》计算方法，并给出供参考的SQL语句。考虑并存使用新旧公民身份号码，建议客户端支持两种数据输入方式，给出PowerBuilder6.0为例的新旧号码转化函数。最后给出实际运行系统升位过程中若干注意事项。
