| 摘 要： | 分析了齿轮齿条传动机构的主要结构特点和原始廓形参数。根据齿轮齿条啮合原理得出啮合方程和重叠系数计算公式,并进行了齿轮齿条传动的参数优化。通过实例验证,齿轮齿条机构的承载能力明显提高,使用寿命延长。

| Abstract: | The main characteristics of the structure and original contour parameters of the rack and pinion steering gear have been analyzed. The mesh equation and the calculation formula of contact ratio have been obtained by the mesh theory of rack and pinion. The parameters of rack and pinion drive have been optimized. The loading capacity has been increased obviously and the service life has been improved through concrete example. |
