基于MATLAB齿轮泵的结构优化设计

摘    要:以小型齿轮泵为例,在其设计要求和特点基础之上,以体积最小为目标,建立齿轮泵的结构优化设计数学模型。利用MATLAB优化工具箱,对目标函数求解最优值。结果证明,与传统解法相比用MATLAB优化工具箱可以方便地求解出最优值。

Abstract:Taking the small gear pump for example, aiming at the minimum volume, this design creates a structure optimum - design model, based on its requests and characteristics. Afterwards, the optimum results were figured out by making use of the optimum toolbox of MATLAB. The results prove that it is more convenient to solve the optimum questions by using optimum toolbox of MATLAB than traditional methods.
