摘    要:通过工艺试验及生产验证,4Cr5MoSiV1钢压铸模具经过气体氮化处理后具有高的热稳定性、表面硬度高、耐磨性好、脆性低、心部强度高和热处理变形小等优点,是气体氮化适用的钢种。

Abstract:after engineer testing and certificated by production, conclusion can be draw that 4Cr5MoSiV1 is appropriate steel for gas nitriding. Steel pressure casting dies after gas nitriding have good properties such as high heat stability, good surface hardness and wear- resisting property, low brittleness, high inner intensity and small distortion of heat treatment.
