| 摘 要： | 在电力市场环境下，电能质量同题被赋予了新的含义，是电力企业和电力用户共同面临的重要课题，很多新的概念和方法需要进行深入的研究。结合国内外电力市场化改革中，遇到的关于电能质量的研究成果，对电力市场下电能质量的概念、标准与控翻策略等进行了分析和讨论，并结合国内外电力市场化改革的经验，提出了中国在电力市场环境下有关电能质量标准的思考。

| Abstract: | Power quality has been endowed with new signification in electric power market. It has been an important problem both for electric power enterprises and power customers. Many new conceptions and methods need a further research. The conception, standard and control strategy of power quality have been analyzed and discussed according to research achievements of power quality in domestic and foreign electric power market reform, and thinking for related standards of power quality in electric power market of China has been put forward according to the experiences of domestic and foreign electric power market reform. |
