| 摘 要： | 新城市主义起源于20世纪80年代的美国.该文试图分析其产生的社会背景和理论方法,以及新城市主义对中国城市化建设的指导意义,并以浙江金华市金东新区居住新区设计为例,介绍了新城市主义方法在中国城镇居住区规划中的具体实践.

| Abstract: | The New Urbanism originated from United States in 1980s.The paper investigates its social background and relevant theory, as well as the contemporary development in the course of urbanization in China and its significance of the New Urbanism. Finally the paper introduces the practice of New Urbanism in China through the case of the residential community in Jindong new developing district in Jinhua Zhejiang province. |
