变径薄壁零件粘性介质外压缩径变形分析

摘    要:针对变径薄壁零件粘性介质外压缩径方法,采用理论和有限元方法分析了粘性介质压力场分布、坯料几何形状及应力与应变的变化,并与试验结果进行对比.研究结果表明,粘性介质适应坯料失稳褶皱形貌产生不均匀的压力场,并在较高压力条件下消除褶皱;试件壁厚减薄,最大减薄率为4.3%,变形方式由压缩类变形向伸长类变形转变.

Abstract:In consideration of necking method of thin-wall parts with variable diameter under viscous medium outer pressure,the pressure field distribution in the viscous medium,the geometrical shape and the stress and strain variation in the specimen were analyzed by theoretical method and finite element method,which were compared with experimental results.Research results show that the viscous medium can give rise to the nonuniform pressure distribution and adapt to variation of wrinkles of the buckling specimen,whi...
