| 摘 要： | 磁流变液是一种新型的智能材料，在说明磁流变液特性的基础上，主要介绍了利用磁流变液实现零件表面光整加工的方法，重点分析了磁流变液光整加工基本原理。在此基础上，提出了实现加工的关键技术问题及解决对策，并设计了一套简易加工装置。

| Abstract: | Magnetorheological fluid is a kind of new smart materials. On base of explaining the characteristics of Magnetorheological fluids, this thesis mainly illustrates the surface finishing technology using MR fluids. It expatiates on the origin, the development and the processing principle of the MR finishing technology. At the same time, it puts forward the key points of this technology, and designs the simple device.At last,it gives the prospect of this finishing technology. |
