摘    要:Ni3Al基合金复杂薄壁件的精铸成形很困难,容易出现浇不足和热裂等缺陷.文中运用Procast铸造模拟工程软件对薄壁件铸造过程的流场、温度场及应力场等进行模拟,对Ni3Al基合金大尺寸薄壁精铸件的精密铸造工艺进行了优化,采用Ni3Al基合金复杂薄壁件的高模温铸造,从而实现了薄壁件的顺利充型,并提高了薄壁件的质量.

Abstract:Investment casting of complex thin wall castings of Ni3Al based alloys is very difficult. Misrun and cracks are common defects. Solidification techniques of Ni3Al thin wall parts are optimized by using Procast software in this study, and rationality of casting parameters is analyzed through simulation of temperature fields and fluid fields. In addition, high mold temperature casting is applied to realize successive fillina and improve quality.
