| 摘 要： | 矿产资源规划是对一定区域内的矿产资源进行合理勘探开发和保护的总体部署.主要介绍市、县级矿产资源规划编制工作的由来、编制的方法、内容以及编制在实施过程中的保证措施等,并探讨对地方矿产资源调查评价、勘查、开发利用进行宏观调控,保护和合理利用矿产资源,保护矿山生态环境,保障经济社会可持续发展等实际应用问题.
