摘    要:我国氧硫混合铜矿资源丰富,对这类铜矿进行高效选矿富集具有重要意义.云南迪庆地区有大量氧硫混合铜矿,铜品位0.67%,氧化率17.37%,含铜矿物主要为黄铜矿、斑铜矿和孔雀石.采用硫化—黄药浮选法对该矿石进行选矿,分析了活化剂和捕收剂的作用机理.研究了磨矿细度、药剂制度及粗精矿再磨等对浮选指标的影响.结果表明,以石灰为抑...

Experimental study on mineral processing of mixed copper ore in Diqing, Yunnan

Abstract:With the continuous consumption of primary copper sulfide in China, copper sulfide and copper oxide mixed ores have become an important source of copper production. The oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore from Diqing, Yunnan contains 0.67 % Cu and the oxidation rate is 17.37 %. The copper sulfide minerals are mainly chalcopyrite and bornite, and the copper oxide minerals are malachite. In this paper, sulfide- xanthate flotation method was used to analyze the mechanism of mineral processing agents on oxygen- sulfur mixed copper ore. The effects of grinding fineness, lime dosage, sodium sulfide dosage, collector type and dosage and coarse concentrate regrinding on flotation indexes were studied.The results show that a closed-circuit process of one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging, and regrinding of rough concentrate is adopted, with lime as the inhibitor, sodium sulfide as the vulcanizing agent, and butyl xanthate and hydroxamic acid as the combined collector. Finally, a lead concentrate with a Cu grade of 18.26% and a Cu recovery rate of 83.93% was obtained. The thesis provides a certain research foundation for the high flotation recovery of similar oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore.
