全尾砂膏体充填采矿技术现状及展望

摘    要:充填采矿法因其安全性高、对地表环境影响较小等优点,逐渐成为井下开采最主要的技术方法。本文针对充填采矿法的发展历程,叙述了膏体充填技术概念、工艺流程特点,通过文献调研、工程实践等手段对尾矿粒度组成、泌水率、单轴抗压强度、塌落度等多个指标进行标准化研究,并介绍了倾斜板浓缩机、高压浓缩机和膏体浓缩机等全尾膏体浓缩设备的结构特征和优缺点。同时,对会泽铅锌矿、乌山铜钼矿、白音查干多金属矿、因民铜矿膏体充填工艺参数做了介绍,提出了全尾膏体充填采矿技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:Filling mining method has gradually become the most important mining method for underground mining due to its high safety and low damage to the surface environment. Based on the development history of the filling mining method, this article describes the technical concept of paste filling and the characteristics of the process flow. Through literature research, engineering practice and other means, the tailings particle size composition, bleeding rate, uniaxial compressive strength, slump, etc. Standardization studies were carried out on each index, and the structural features, advantages and disadvantages of full-tail paste concentration equipment such as inclined plate thickeners, high-pressure thickeners and paste thickeners were introduced. At the same time, the paste filling system of Huize lead-zinc mine, Wushan copper-molybdenum mine, Baiyinchagan polymetallic mine, and Yinmin copper mine were introduced, and the development trend of paste filling technology in China was proposed.
