罗山金矿电机车架线分段供电智能控制技术研究

摘    要:地下矿山架线电机车供电的安全性、可靠性是矿山安全生产高度关注的问题,为最大限度减少运输系统触电事故,提高供电质量和运输效率,本文基于罗山金矿二十中段主运输巷电机车系统,对架线分段供电智能控制技术进行研究。该技术在架线式电机车车头和巷道合适位置分别安装移相器、辐射器及声光报警器等设备,对进入控制范围的机车进行实时电子扫描,实现跟踪式分段供电的智能化控制,保证在无机车通过时电机车架线无电压,减少工作人员触电事故发生。

Abstract:The safety and reliability of electric locomotive power supply in underground mine is a highly concerned problem in mine safety production. In order to minimize electric shock accidents of transportation system and improve power supply quality and transportation efficiency, this paper studies the intelligent control technology of power supply in line segments based on the electric locomotive system of Luoshan Gold Mine. Car wiring type electric locomotive are the technology in roadway suitable location and installation phase shifter respectively, radiator, and sound and light alarm device, the electronic scanning into the control range of the locomotive in real time, realize tracking section supply intelligent control, guarantee in the absence of locomotive by electric locomotive when no voltage and reducing staff get an electric shock accidents.
