摘    要:本文以某大型地下铲运机铲斗工作机构为研究对象,对铲运机工作过程中铲斗工作机构的典型工况进行受力分析,得到了典型工况下举升力大小,从而计算出举升油缸、转斗油缸和液压工作泵的具体参数,完成了液压元件的选型,为液压系统的设计优化提供理论参考。又通过仿真软件对铲斗工作机构的液压系统进行仿真分析,完成了液压系统的优化,验证了理论计算分析的准确性,为后续大型地下铲运机的研制提供了理论参考和技术支持。

Abstract:Taking the bucket working mechanism of a large underground scraper as the research object, this paper analyzes the typical working conditions of the bucket working mechanism in the working process of the scraper, and obtains the lifting force under the typical working conditions, so as to calculate the specific parameters of the lifting cylinder, the rotary bucket cylinder and the hydraulic working pump, and complete the selection of the hydraulic components, It provides theoretical reference for the design optimization of hydraulic system.Through the simulation software, the hydraulic system of the bucket working mechanism is simulated and analyzed, the optimization of the hydraulic system is completed, and the accuracy of the theoretical calculation and analysis is verified, which provides theoretical reference and technical support for the subsequent development of large underground LHD.
