铅锌冶炼烟气臭氧脱硝技术的实践

摘    要:《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》已对燃煤单位或有色金属生产中排放NOx的企业提出了应当配套建设脱硝装置的要求,加之国家相关环保法律法规及标准要求,铅锌冶炼企业实施氮氧化物治理已势在必行,目前铅锌冶炼行业对于烟气脱硝技术的研究及应用还较少。本文基于某铅锌冶炼厂生产工艺及各炉窑NOx生成机理的研究,采用臭氧脱硝技术治理烟气中的NOx,实践证明脱硝效率可达71.3%,方法具有运行稳定、适用范围广、脱硝效率高、对烟气条件要求不高等优点,对国内同行业及有色行业氮氧化物的治理具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The Law of the People"s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution has put forward requirements for coal-burning units or enterprises that emit NOx in the production of non-ferrous metals to build denitrification devices. In addition, relevant national environmental protection laws also have some regulations and standards in the emission of NOx. Lead and zinc smelting enterprises are facing to implement nitrogen oxide control. However, research on the denitrification technology on flue gas in the lead and zinc smelting industry are still limited. Based on the production process of a lead-zinc smelter and the NOx generation mechanism of furnaces, this study developed a denitrification technique to treat NOx in flue gas using ozone. Results showed that after the denitrification the denitrification efficiency could reach 71.3%. The method is of stable operation, wide application, high denitrification efficiency, and low requirements for flue gas conditions. It is suitable for the domestic industry and non-ferrous industries. The treatment of nitrogen oxides is of reference significance.
