聚合氯化铝的生产技术与研究进展

摘    要:聚合氯化铝是目前国内外广泛使用的高效混凝剂,具有用量少、污泥少、除浊高、对出水pH影响小等优点。根据自己实际研究经验,对国内外聚合氯化铝制备技术的进展研究进行了评述,并提出了聚合氯化铝生产工艺和性能的改进方法。结果表明,聚合氯化铝的制备方法很多,但只有酸法和碱法实现了工业化生产;尽管酸法普遍存在原料利用率低、酸雾大等缺点,但工艺简单,投资少,仍然是将来一种主要的生产方法;目前中国聚合氯化铝溶液的生产方法基本上都属于酸法,最主要的是提高聚氯化铝品质,降低重金属含量,降低成本。

Abstract:At present,polyaluminium chloride(PAC) is widely used as a high-effective coagulant at home and abroad. PAChas many excellent properties,such as low dosage,few sludge,high turbidity-removed and low effect on the pH of treated water. The progress of its preparation and modification are reviewed.The results show that there are many preparation method of PAC,but only acid method and alkali method realize industrialization production.Although the former has the disadvantages of low ultilization rate of raw materials and high acid mist etc.,it has the advantages of simple process and low investment.So,it is still a main method for the production of PAC,and this method is adopted basically in China.The key points for the production of PAC are to improve the quality of PAC,decrease the heavy metal content and manufacture cost.
