| 摘 要： | 本文依据高等教育成本补偿的相关理论，对于地质类高等教育成本补偿中存在的诸如财政投入不足、对学生资助力度不够等主要问题进行了分析，并在此基础上提出了我国地质类高等教育成本补偿机制的指导思想、原则、目标以及基本框架。论文比较详细地分析、界定了成本补偿机制基本框架的主要内容，包括补偿主体的确定、成本补偿结构的确立、成本补偿采取的诸多形式等。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the theories of cost compensation mechanism of higher education, analyzes the major issues in the cost compensation in geology higher education such as insufficient financial investment and deficient support to students, presents the guideline, principle, target and framework of cost compensation mechanism on geology higher education, with a detailed analysis on the main components in cost compensation mechanism, including the main part of compensation, compensation structure, and compensation means, etc. |
