光纤布拉格光栅的横向效应研究

摘    要:光纤布拉格光栅FBG测量应变是基于光纤轴线方向的应变响应,但在复杂应力状态下,当应变主方向与光纤轴向有一定角度时,光纤的应变响应就存在误差。采用电阻应变片横向效应系数的测量装置,得到单向应变场,验证了光栅横向应变效应的存在。光纤光栅的横向效应系数比应变片的横向效应系数要小,在某些情况下可以忽略,但是在复杂应力状态下,必须考虑其横向效应的影响。

Abstract:The measurement of strain with the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) was achieved by the strain, which was obtained along the FBG. But under the complicated stress state, when there were some angles between the principal direction of strain and the axial of the FBG, the FBG's strain respond made error. By the set up which used to measure the transverse effect coefficient of the strain gauge, the unidirectional strain site was gotten, and attested to the exist of the fiber Bragg grating's transverse stain effect. The FBG's transverse effect coefficient was smaller than the strain gauge's. It can be ignored in some cases, but it can't be ignored under the complicated stress state.
