| 摘 要： | 乙酰甲胺磷与苏云金杆菌按一定比例混配有增效作用。按筛选的配方制成的20.6%苏·乙酰可湿性粉剂对小菜蛾的LC50为51.70 mg/ml,其80 g/667m2处理对小菜蛾药后3d的防效为92.23%,药后7 d的防效为90.34%,药后10 d的防效为81.16%,有较好的速效性及持效性。

| Abstract: | The compound mixed with Bt and acephate at common rate has higher efficacy than each of them on Plutella xylostella. LC50 of 20.6% Bt-Acephate WP on Plutella xylostella was 51.70 mg/ml. The results of field trials showed that, 3DAT(days after treatment), 7DAT, 10DAT, the field efficacies of 20.6% Bt-Acephate WP at the rate of 80g/667m2 were 92.23%, 90.34% and 81.16% respectively. |
