TBP配合萃取苯酚羟化液过程

摘    要:采用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为配合剂,甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)为稀释剂研究了苯酚羟化液萃取过程.测定了相平衡曲线,平衡分配系数和萃取率,用双曲线对数法分析了萃合物组成.试验表明,采用TBP配合萃取苯酚羟化液,萃取率可达到99.76%,明显优于物理萃取.

Abstract:Extraction of hydroxylation solution by tributyl phosphate in 4-methyl-2-pentanone was studied.The phase equilibrium data,equilibrium distribution coefficient and the extraction percentage were tested.The compositions of complexes were determined by the hyperbolic logarithm method.The experimant shows that the extraction percentage can reach 99.76% when tributyl phosphate is used and it is prior to traditional solvent extraction.
