论轮胎结构设计中材料力学的局限与断裂力学的发展

摘    要:从轮胎的可靠性和安全性出发,分析了目前建立在材料力学基础上的传统强度理论和疲劳强度理论用于轮胎结构设计时存在局限性的原因(即没有考虑材料的缺陷及应力在该处的集中)。认为应该采用断裂力学的疲劳强度理论作为轮胎结构设计的依据,因为这种理论可以计算轮胎缺陷或不均匀处(如带束层和胎圈反包布两处端点)的应力集中程度。提出用作结构部件的橡胶制品的结构设计和配方设计都应当使用这种理论。

Abstract:In view of the reliability and safety of tire,an analysis has been made for the cause of the limitation which exists in the application of the traditional strength theory and fatigue strength theory based on the material mechanics to the structure design of tire,i.e. the material defects and the stress concentration thereby are not considered in the material mechanics.It is suggested that the fatigue strength theory based on the rupture mechanics should be applied to the structure design of tire because the stress concentration in the defective or ununiform area of tire (e.g.the ends of belt and the ends of turn up in bead area) can be calculated based on this theory;this theory should be applied to both structure design and formula design of the rubber goods used as the structural components.
